customers, it is strongly suggested that you review our reservation
policy prior to making all reservations. Please feel free to print this

Pick Up At The Airport |
|
|
Your Airports Only driver will coordinate with you via cell phone where you
will be picked up. If you do not see your driver, please call the number
provided to you. Please do not leave under the assumption
that your driver is not there. By Not leaving, you will avoid being charged a no show fee!

Cancellations & Modifications |
|
All reservations may be cancelled within 12 hours. If reservations are not cancelled within the grace period,
a late cancellation fee will apply at 60% percent of total fare.
Modifications to an existing reservation must be made 24
hours in advance. Airports Only Transportation reserves the right to
color and size modification of vehicles due to extreme mechanical or
technical difficulties that may occur. Vehicles are restricted to the
specified number of passengers only. Customer is liable for any damages
done to the interior of the vehicle. No alcoholic beverages to minors. |

| Additional
Charges |

The
following
additional charges will apply for airport transfers:

Extra baggage fee if luggage exceeds trunk capacity |

for all holiday reservations |
 |
$25 per hour waiting charge on all delayed flights beyond 1 hour |

Charges |
|
We monitor
flights and only dispatch once we have received a final ETA. Beyond that, we
will allow an extra hour of additional free waiting time before charges
begin. Charges will begin 1 hour after plane lands. |
