Airports Only Premium Car Service Agreement

 

Airports Only requires a major credit card to process any and all reservations. All reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the pick up time. For shorter notices please call our office at (631) 291-6290.

Airport Pickups: Additional charges may incur for wait time after your flight arrives. There is no extra charge for the first hour after the flight lands. Beyond that first hour, there is a $30.00 per hour wait fee, charged by the quarter hour. For all arriving flights please check your voicemail for a message from our drivers. If no contact is made up to 1 hour after the flight lands, then a no show fee of the full rate (minus gratuity) will be applied to the credit card on file (To avoid a no-show fee please do not leave the airport before calling Airports Only for assistance at (631) 291-6290).

Additional Charges

The following additional charges will apply for airport transfers:

  • $10 Extra baggage fee if luggage exceeds trunk capacity
  • $35 for all holiday reservations
  • $25 per hour waiting charge on all delayed flights beyond 1 hour

Waiting Charges

We monitor flights and only dispatch once we have received a final ETA. Beyond that, we will allow an extra hour of additional free waiting time before charges begin. Charges will begin 1 hour after plane lands.

Gate Meets: Airports Only drivers can meet you at the baggage terminal and assist you with your luggage to the vehicle. The charge for this service is $25.00. Upon arrival go directly to the baggage area and claim your luggage. Our chauffeur will be at your baggage claim terminal and will be holding a sign with the clients name on it. If you do not make contact with our driver, Client should call Airports Only immediately. Please do not leave the airport without contacting our office at (631) 291-6290. Failure to contact us will result in a No Show fee of the full original amount due (minus gratuity) plus the $29.00 Gate Meet charge.

Extra Stops / Waiting Time: Extra stops not discussed at the time of booking are a minimum charge of $25.00 depending on mileage (This includes restroom stops). We charge based on the number of passengers, If this number increases then you can expect the rate to increase. The minimum number booked is required to be paid for. We also charge for unexpected waiting time. Airport clients are given 1 hour to locate luggage and contact office (see above). All concerts & sporting events are given 30 min. to locate vehicle. After these time limits a waiting fee will be charged at $30.00 per hour, charged by the quarter hour.

Weddings / Proms:
Airports Only reserves the right to substitute in severe weather and emergencies and cannot be held liable due to accidental or mechanical failures on or before date of reservation (Final payment must be in cash). No other promises have been made or implied to me.

Disorderly Conduct: Client is responsible for his/her guests; for any and all damages to the interior and or exterior, and all equipment in or on the vehicle. This is including but not limited to : gum, wine and alcohol spillage, vomiting, breakage of champagne, wine, and drink glasses, breakage of decanters, breakage of lights, television, DVD, radio, CD player, etc. Cleaning, repair or replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least ($150.00) one hundred fifty dollars to ($500) Five Hundred dollars. Broken glasses are charged ($10.00) dollars each. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Airports Only reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate our obligation which is in direct conflict of our terms and conditions.  In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded. All fees for damages will be charged to the credit card on file after a thorough investigation and determination of all charges involved.

Personal Items: While we are happy to let you bring personal compact discs, videotapes, DVD's and other various personal items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

Responsibility: Airports Only shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup or drop-off information, wrong cell & contact information, and any situation beyond our control.

Rate: All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. A cash deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The balance is due at the pick-up time of the service. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Substitution: Airports Only reserves the right to substitute and /or outsource (only if absolutely necessary) the vehicle / limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own professional discretion.

The Cancellation Policy (Except Airport Service): All cancellations must be phoned in within 48 hours of booking. NO MESSAGES! This way, the reservation shall not incur any cancellation fees, and client will be entitled to full refund and/or any deposits made. Any cancellation made after 48 hours of booking, but before 7 days prior to the date of event, will be incurred a $100.00 or 20% of total job price, charge to the current credit card on file. Any cancellation made less than 7 days before the reservation date will incur the entire charge of the event to the current credit card on file.
